Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at DermaplanePro.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. For all returns/refunds, please fill out the Return Merchandise Form as instructed. A return label may be provided for qualifying orders. Please see below policy to make sure your product(s) qualify for a return or refund.

Returns

-No product will be accepted after a 30 day period once it has been delivered.

-To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original packaging. Please do not return any used blades for sanitary/safety reasons.

- Provide your receipt and order number.

-10% Restocking Fee will be applied to the order total.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. 

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within 5-7 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping

Shipping fees are non­refundable. A shipping label will be provided by DermaplanePro Canada if an error occurred on the company’s behalf.

Returning of Blades:

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless there is a manufacturing issue. Once returned, our onsite esthetician will inspect the blades for quality. You may receive a full refund on your blades for a manufacturing issue. If you would like to return the blades, and no issue is presented or inspected, you will be refunded less the amount of the blades that have been used.
